Depending on destination, delivery time for stock orders is usually 1 to 2 weeks from payment received. Estimated delivery date is stated on the order confirmation that you normally receive by the end of the following business day of receiving the work-order.

Visible damage to the packaging must always be noted on the consignment note, both on its own copy and its carrier before signing. The driver must sign for the damage to your copy. If the item itself is damaged, you can either refuse to accept the shipment or accept the damage.
