AIR-COOLED UNITS

The new range of air-cooled units is ruggedly constructed and uses world-class, highly reliable components. It is designed to allow quick and easy installation.

These units use semi-hermetic reciprocating compressors which offer cooling capacity, reliability, and flexibility far superior to market standards. They are also equipped with factory-fitted components and are extensively tested for reliability. MAIN FEATURES

• Air-cooled condenser
  A high-temperature air-cooled tube condenser with tropicalized fins, with grooved copper tubes inside, causes an increase in the heat transfer surface for better heat transfer. heat, thereby increasing the efficiency of the refrigeration system.
• Condenser Fans

Reliable, high-quality axial fans ensure a uniform airflow through the heat exchanger, increase compressor COP and reduce energy consumption. The condenser fan motor is fitted with an HP switch to ensure optimum condensing pressure and temperature.

• Weatherproof Enclosure
  The condensing unit is mounted on a sturdy base frame and features a corrosion-resistant, powder-coated enclosure.

WATER-COOLED UNITS
water-cooled condensing units consist of a semi-hermetic compressor, water-cooled condenser with safety valve connection, service valves, base frame, and vibration damper installed on the line of backflow in some models. They are of high-efficiency design with spacious size. At the same time, they are compact and generally consume less energy. Their shell and tube sheet is made of carbon steel and the tubes are all thick-walled copper finned.

Water-cooled units are generally preferred for cold rooms in hotels and the processed food sector, due to the availability of treated water. It is convenient to position water-cooled units even in places without adequate ventilation for condensation.

Water-cooled units can provide consistent performance regardless of changing environmental conditions. In addition, the water-side connections allow the supply of both mains water and cooling tower water.

• Shell and Tube Condenser

Water-cooled condensers feature internally and externally ribbed finned tubes that increase the heat transfer area, requiring less refrigerant charge. They are also compact and lightweight. In addition, thanks to the circular nozzles, there is a greater flow of water and refrigerant inside the Shell and Tube condenser. This increases the COP of the compressor and reduces energy consumption.

• Base Frame

Strong and sturdy, the base frame is CNC punched, CNC bent, and 4mm thick with hex nuts. This guarantees the absence of rust and longer product life.

• Semi-hermetic compressor
  The semi-hermetic compressor is compact, economical, efficient, and easy to maintain. Its removable heads, stator cover, bottom plate, and housing cover allow easy access for field repairs. In addition, the compressor is equipped with suction and discharge service valves and is also equipped with a crankcase heater.

EVAPORATOR UNITS
